I have the same problem. I am using prepar3d 4.5 and windows 10 home. I see buildings below terrain and default object. I move flightscene_nttb_alt into base\scenery folder, because, with other sceneries, I solved the elevation problem, but the problem is the same. I use orbx vector but the airport ...
