If animan.exe is not starting automatically there is probably a problem in the exe.xml file. Check there and correct the entry if necessary.

Did you get the trees to show up?

If you are getting no buildings then first make sure that animan.exe is running. Start a flight at Tahiti Faaa airport, press ctrl+al+delete, start task manager and go to the processes tab. Do you see animan.exe in the list?

Also, can you post a picture regarding your problem?

You can use the freeware program Airport Design Editor X to change the VOR frequency. Under the flightscene\society_islands folder open af_ntth.bgl and edit the VOR frequency.

There is no way to prevent the installer from installing, however, you can uninstall any version of the VC++ redistributables via the control panel.

Click the windows button on the bottom left and type in:

%AppData%/Microsoft/FSX
