Re: installation problem

Are you still getting the same error, file does not exist on line 1249? Or is it a different issue? The flightscene folder will be installed under the c:\ drive, however, it should detect FSX as being on your d:\ drive as long as your registry settings are correct.

Re: Animan.exe and virus problem

It is a false positive. You have to disable real time protection in you anti-virus then make an exception for the c:\flightscene folder and main flight simulator folder. Then update the scenery with the config tool in case the files were deleted. After that, try running flightsim to make sure everyt...

Re: Disappearing Animan

Make sure you did not move the flightscene folder from its original location under the c:\ drive. If you did, then move it back. Start the config tool and select "check for updates" and update the scenery for your version of flight simulator. Also, check to see if you have previously renam...

Re: A few questions

This scenery uses the autogen configuration merger to merge the custom autogen files. If any changes are made to the main autogen file, the autogen merger will re-insert the custom autogen files on startup. It will not effect any other custom autogen you may have.

Re: Extracting files...

No, there is no manual way. Are you installing to your hard drive or an external drive? Also, is your anti-virus active during install, it may be interfering. Which anti-virus are you using?

Re: Extracting files...

Make sure you close all other programs before running the extractor. Do not click on anything with your mouse or keyboard while the files are extracting. It may take a few minutes for the files to extract, as there is about 3 GB of data.

Did you unzip all the files to the same folder? Make sure that the exe file is in the same folder as tahiti.pak.
