I resloved the issue with the newest udpates. Start the config tool, select "check for updates" and then select the version of flightsim to update for. After the downloads, confirm you have animan.exe and flightscene.dll (or flightscene64.dll for P3D v4) in your flightscene folder.

Email your serial number to support@flightscene.net so I can reset it.

problem set by cleaning with ccleaner base + registry before re-installation ;)

I've re-installed my P3DV3 on another new computer and i 've the same problem (check my p3dv4 is ok) my fisrt pc with p3dv4 is ok and my second pc with p3dv3 is not ok.
I've the scene but not the building.
I donwloaded the last version on simmarket at 07/10/2017.
The installater request "installed on c:/flightscene" i anwser ok, is it correct ?

Email DLL.XML and EXE.XML to support@flightscene.net, they are under the ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\ folder.

Also make sure your anti-virus is not deleting or blocking animan.exe and flightscene.dll.
