I have a flatten or elevation problem at NTTB.
I do have "flightscene_nttb_alt.BGL" in the Scenery\World folder.
I do not have any other scenery in the region.

What is the elevation problem, exactly?

I have the same problem. I am using prepar3d 4.5 and windows 10 home. I see buildings below terrain and default object. I move flightscene_nttb_alt into base\scenery folder, because, with other sceneries, I solved the elevation problem, but the problem is the same. I use orbx vector but the airport doesn't appear in their program list.

You probably have a conflicting scenery installed. Does it still happen if you disable Orbx vector?

excluding vector the situation gets worse ... patience, I'll keep it that way.Not done several tests, but the situation remains the same.

Check the scenery library if there are any entries above the flightscene entries. Try moving the flightscene entries to the top if they are not on top.

I have the same issue, I've had this issue since first getting the scenery. I've only though to try fix it now, so here I am.

I have no other scenery installed for the region

My scenery order is as per below

I'll check, I have no other scenery for that area installed, I have ORBX for NZ and Australia, I have fly Tampa for St maartin and Sydney and that's all, are you aware of any of these sceneries causing issues?
